Extend the kconf update for 4.4 so that desktop switch on screen edge does not get disabled by quick maximize/tiling. Changing the id, so that the script gets executed for those who already run it (tabbox settings will not be changed when the script runs once, so it's safe). Kconf update for converting the old tabbox settings to the new one. Using C++ as the bash script didn't work. Nevertheless thanks to Jan Gerrit Marker for the half working script (would have worked if all entries were in the same config group).
