Fade effect goes JavaScript Our first effect written in JavaScript to replace an existing C++ effect. Fade effect has been chosen as it has shown to be problematic in the past and would have needed a migration to AnimationEffect anyway.

Cleaned up the effects/ directory by moving each individual effect into its own directory, cleaned up the effect config macros and renamed "MakeTransparent" to "Translucency" so that it matches its visible name. svn path=/trunk/KDE/kdebase/workspace/; revision=921749
