[libkwineffects] Don't mark a painted window as transformed twice
Summary: WindowPrePaintData::setTransformed sets PAINT_WINDOW_TRANSFORMED, so `data.mask |= PAINT_WINDOW_TRANSFORMED;` is redundant. Test Plan: Minimized a window, haven't noticed visual glitches.
