Fix Oracle Installer using 'Java(tm): Write once, run somewhere'.
It looks like if _KWIN_RUNNING atom is detected, then it does some strange XTranslateCoordinate stuff and gets it wrong with current KWin (and even with FVWM, if the atom exists).
