Borderless windows by default on all activities:
- plasma extenders (callendar etc.) - applet browser, activity manager - programs like chromium - since there's no border, there is no obvious way of moving them between activities. (alt+f3 menu is not commonly known) svn path=/trunk/KDE/kdebase/workspace/; revision=1196797
