The main reason why we have factory methods is that up to some point,
kwayland had its own signal to indicate when globals have to be removed.
Now that all globals add destroy listeners for the wl_display object,
we don't have that signal. Most factory methods are equivalent to doing
new T(display).
Besides adding unnecessary boilerplate code, another reason to get rid
of the factory methods is to reduce the amount of merge conflicts. If
several persons work on implementing wayland protocols at the same time,
sooner or later someone will have to resolve merge conflicts in Display.
libwayland-server allows the wl_display accept client connections on
more than one socket. We currently don't listen on multiple sockets,
but it would be nice if Display supported such operation mode.
One of the most disappointing things when writing autotests is dealing
with a race condition where destructor requests are processed after all
globals have been destroyed.
With this change, the Display object will destroy all clients and their
resources before destroying the wl_display object. The good thing about
doing so is that shut down logic becomes simple. We don't have to assume
that wl_resource objects can outlive their wl_global objects, etc. The
bad thing is that it exposed a couple of pre-existing latent bugs in the
data device and the xdg foreign code.

BlurInterface always used to be my go-to template when starting a new
protocol, we may as well make it up-to-date with the generation.
Code is reduced by a third.
This reverts commit 78a8b6877c.
Despite being a useful fix for an important crash it forces a dependency on
libwayland 1.8, which some distros don't have.
Summary:
Removes the Global from the registry, but does not delete the underlying
wl_global
Removal of a global is racey in wayland.
A client could be trying to bind at that moment.
Typically globals are static for the lifespan of the compositor, however
there are exceptions
For those cases this call will can remove the global from the registry,
but still keep the wl_global instance alive
and handling bind requests.
The compositor can then remove the Global wrapper (this object) deleting
the wl_global after an arbitrary delay or
keep it around for re-use for the duration of the compositor.

Summary:
Destroying the BlurInterface on the server side before the client has a
chance to cleanup results in a protocol error:
wl_display@1: error 0: invalid object 7
Which would terminate the client. If we would not destroy the resource,
but only delete the BlurInterface it could result in heap-use-after-free.
So just don't do anything, the client needs to cleanup which will result
in the BlurInterface being deleted.

Summary:
This change standardizes the behavior regarding the destructor request.
The destructor should destroy the resource and nothing else. The
Wayland library invokes the static unbind method once the resource is
destroyed. The implementation provided by Resource::Private::unbind
triggers a delete later on the Resource. So there is no need to trigger
a deleteLater from the destructor request callback.
This change adds a generic implementation to Resource::Private which is
now used by all inheriting classes replacing the custom implementations.
Test Plan:
For a few Resources the test is extended to ensure that the Resource
gets deleted on server side.
