c38dc5e099 Change the DesktopChangeSlideEffect so that the new desktop doesn't 
always slide in from the top but from the position where it is
according to the desktop layout.

63a97b7d3d Add DesktopChangeSlideEffect, an effect that on virtual desktop 
change slides the old desktop out and the new one in. Should not
be really technically different from the cube.
