Various fixes:
- Remove unneeded PlasmaCore import
- Re-arrange imports to be alphabetical and grouped consistently
- Use standard import names
- Use Kirigami units explicitly
- Remove unused ids
- Remove unneeded cases of setting aproperty to its default value
- Use Layouts where appropriate instead of lots of anchors
- Reduce number of unnecessary items
- Fix inappropriate mutation of `width` and `height` inside layouts
Visual changes are extremely minor and of a bugfixy nature.

Qt 5.15 introduced new syntax for defining Connections. Fix warnings like this one:
QML Connections: Implicitly defined onFoo properties in Connections are deprecated. Use this syntax instead: function onFoo(<arguments>) { ... }
The main advantage of SPDX license identifiers over the traditional
license headers is that it's more difficult to overlook inappropriate
licenses for kwin, for example GPL 3. We also don't have to copy a
lot of boilerplate text.
In order to create this change, I ran licensedigger -r -c from the
toplevel source directory.

* Verified saving and loading for every setting
* Checked shadows of Breeze and Oxygen
* Tested all possible drag&drop operations on both sides of the fake titlebar
* Changed color schemes (with `kcmshell5 colors`) while showing the Themes tab to see if all previews update correctly their palettes
* Tested on a fresh Neon-developer account, via kcmshell and systemsettings
