The main advantage of SPDX license identifiers over the traditional
license headers is that it's more difficult to overlook inappropriate
licenses for kwin, for example GPL 3. We also don't have to copy a
lot of boilerplate text.
In order to create this change, I ran licensedigger -r -c from the
toplevel source directory.
Summary:
There is no concept of managed windows in Wayland, so every time we call
managed() on a Wayland client, it will return false.
This change addresses that problem by invoking managed() only for X11 clients.
CCBUG: 398100
Test Plan:
* Open KCM of the Translucency effect and decrease opacity of inactive windows;
* Open Dolphin;
* Click on desktop.

Summary:
It can happen that startAnimation is invoked multiple times for a
window. In case it was invoked a second time the previous animation was
not cancelled. This resulted in the set-animation to never end. When
closing a window, it would stay around as a translucent, non-interactive
window zombie.
This change ensures that existing animations get cancelled.

Supported Features:
* move/resize
* active/inactive
* special window type
* window decoration as missing in AnimationEffect
The animations are cancelled when they go into an invisible state (e.g.
desktop changed, minimized) and are set again when the window becomes
visible.
Where a transition is useful, the window gets animated, e.g. start/finish
of move resize.
