93e0265e4e Move source code to src/ directory
Once in a while, we receive complaints from other fellow KDE developers
about the file organization of kwin. This change addresses some of those
complaints by moving all of source code in a separate directory, src/,
thus making the project structure more traditional. Things such as tests
are kept in their own toplevel directories.

This change may wreak havoc on merge requests that add new files to kwin,
but if a patch modifies an already existing file, git should be smart
enough to figure out that the file has been relocated.

We may potentially split the src/ directory further to make navigating
the source code easier, but hopefully this is good enough already.

260fa665a2 impr: keyboard layout DBus API: rework to index based
The base handle for layouts in libxkbcommon is an index. Let's follow
this notion in our API to set/get layout, instead of using it's name as
an ID.

On the way, do cleanup. Following methods are removed as not needed any
more:
- Xkb::layoutShortNames()
- Xkb::layoutNames()

d2da79cb8d fix: keyboard layout applet: no flag if Display Name is set
If user set custom name for the layout, country flag is not displayed.
Instead, Display Name is shown in the applet.

This reveals shortcomings in current DBus API design.
We need more data to pass over DBus to fix this.
Then, multiple improvements are possible:
- fix aforementioned bug
- add flags to context menu
- display correct translated Layout Name in the context menu
- simpler, cleaner DBus API and applet implementation
- etc.

a482d73de2 feat: expose keyboard layout Short Name via DBus
Due space constraints, Short Name is the only name suitable for keyboard
layout indication on panels and systray. Usually it's just 2 symbols
corresponding to standard ISO country code.

libxkbcommon doesn't have this information, so we have to store it in
compositor for the exposing:
https://github.com/xkbcommon/libxkbcommon/issues/192

It's exposed by getLayoutDisplayName() DBus method now, as it should initially.
For Long Name, getCurrentLayoutLongName() method was added.

1fb9f6f13a Switch to SPDX license markers
The main advantage of SPDX license identifiers over the traditional
license headers is that it's more difficult to overlook inappropriate
licenses for kwin, for example GPL 3. We also don't have to copy a
lot of boilerplate text.

In order to create this change, I ran licensedigger -r -c from the
toplevel source directory.

e144748c7a Add some const &
Summary:
Won't make things go much faster since everything that was
being passed by value is refcounted but still const & is a bit faster
than refcounting

For shared pointers instead of adding const & we move them into the
destination variable saving some cpu usage but at the same time making
clear the pointer is being stored by not being const &

684b4b635e Use more traditional doxygen style
Summary:
So far we were following a bit unique and rare doxygen comment style:

    /**
     * Contents of the comment.
     **/

Doxygen comments with this style look balanced and neat, but many people
that contribute to KWin don't follow this style. Instead, they prefer
more traditional doxygen comment style, i.e.

    /**
     * Contents of the comment.
     */

Reviewing such changes has been a bit frustrating for me (so selfish!)
and for other contributors.

This change switches doxygen comment style in KWin to a more traditional
style. The main reason for doing this is to make code review process easier
for new contributors as well us.

8af2fa73dc Run clang-tidy with modernize-use-override check
Summary:
Currently code base of kwin can be viewed as two pieces. One is very
ancient, and the other one is more modern, which uses new C++ features.

The main problem with the ancient code is that it was written before
C++11 era. So, no override or final keywords, lambdas, etc.

Quite recently, KDE compiler settings were changed to show a warning if
a virtual method has missing override keyword. As you might have already
guessed, this fired back at us because of that ancient code. We had
about 500 new compiler warnings.

A "solution" was proposed to that problem - disable -Wno-suggest-override
and the other similar warning for clang. It's hard to call a solution
because those warnings are disabled not only for the old code, but also
for new. This is not what we want!

The main argument for not actually fixing the problem was that git
history will be screwed as well because of human factor. While good git
history is a very important thing, we should not go crazy about it and
block every change that somehow alters git history. git blame allows to
specify starting revision for a reason.

The other argument (human factor) can be easily solved by using tools
such as clang-tidy. clang-tidy is a clang-based linter for C++. It can
be used for various things, e.g. fixing coding style(e.g. add missing
braces to if statements, readability-braces-around-statements check),
or in our case add missing override keywords.

Test Plan: Compiles.

7c3a851b04 Support enabling numlock on startup
Summary:
This change brings improved num lock support to KWin. The modifier state
is read and also mapped to Qt::KeyboardModifiers. Furthermore the input
config is read and the NumLock key is evaluated. If the requested state
does not match the current num lock state the state is swapped.

a17c85a9ea Support mapping QKeyEvent to xkb_keysym_t
Summary:
This is needed in virtual keyboard and also used KKeyServer so far. With
this change it is moved to new API provided in Xkb. The new translation
map is now also used for the direction from Qt::Key +
Qt::KeyboardModifier to xkb_keysym_t.

New implementation is supported by a new test case covering the same
combinations as in the existing direction.

a039c2760f Handle modifier updates in the same sequence as Wayland does
Summary:
Consider the case that capslock gets pressed and released.
In the case of Weston we have a sequence of:
 1. Key press event
 2. Modifier changed event
 3. Key release event
 4. Modifier changed event

KWin however used to send the events in the following sequence:
 1. Modifier changed event (on key press)
 2. Key press event
 3. Modifier changed event (on key release)
 4. Key release event

It looks like Xwayland is not able to properly process the sequence
sent by KWin. And in fact KWin's sequence is wrong as it sends a state
which does not match. We report that the caps lock is pressed in the
modifiers prior to the application getting informed about the key press
of caps lock.

This change aligns KWin's implementation to the behavior of Weston. The
main difference is that when modifiers change Xkb internally caches the
serialized modifier states. And KeyboardInputRedirection just forwards
the modifiers to KWayland::Server::SeatInterface once the processing has
finished. SeatInterface ignores the forwarding if no states changes, so
it is fine to do it that way.

BUG: 377155

Test Plan:
Not yet tested with an affected Xwayland as I only have 1.18 and the
problem started with 1.19. But verified the sequence of events with WAYLAND_DEBUG
and caps lock stil working in QtWayland clients and Xwayland 1.18
