The main advantage of SPDX license identifiers over the traditional
license headers is that it's more difficult to overlook inappropriate
licenses for kwin, for example GPL 3. We also don't have to copy a
lot of boilerplate text.
In order to create this change, I ran licensedigger -r -c from the
toplevel source directory.
Summary: There are methods to create and remove virtual desktops via dbus, but I think it would be convenient to provide these methods for KWin scripts as well.

Summary:
Currently, if one wants to monitor for new X11 and Wayland clients, they
have to listen for two signals. Workspace::clientAdded() is emitted only
for X11 and Xwayland clients, while WaylandServer::shellClientAdded() is
emitted only for xdg-shell clients. Such design doesn't scale well.
As the first towards emitting Workspace::clientAdded() for new Wayland
clients, this change replaces the X11Client parameter in the clientAdded
signal with AbstractClient.
Test Plan: Tests still pass.

Summary:
Currently each managed X11 client is represented with an instance of
Client class, however the name of that class is very generic and the
only reason why it's called that way is because historically kwin
was created as an x11 window manager, so "Client" was a sensible choice.
With introduction of wayland support, things had changed and therefore
Client needs to be renamed to X11Client in order to better reflect what
that class stands for.
Renaming of Client to X11Client was agreed upon during the last KWin
sprint.
Test Plan: Compiles, the test suite is still green.

This change switches doxygen comment style in KWin to a more traditional
style. The main reason for doing this is to make code review process easier
for new contributors as well us.

Currently, clientArea(ClientAreaOption, const Client *) and clientList()
are quite X11-specific, which results in having some tiling scripts not
working with Wayland clients. This change is the first step towards working
tiling scripts in the Wayland session.

This adds "Quick Tile Window to the Top" and "Quick Title Window to the Bottom" shortcuts. These are
useful for those using displays that are in portrait orientation.

Screens provides a size which is constructed from the size of
the bounding geometry of all screens and provides an overload taking
an int to return the size of a specified screen. For geometry() a new
ovload is added without an argument, which is just a convenient wrapper
for QRect(QPoint(0, 0), size()).
Both new methods are exported to effects and scripting as new
properties there called virtualScreenSize and virtualScreenGeometry.
The (virtual) size gets cached in screens and is updated whenever the
count or geometry changes.
Construction of Screens is slightly changed by moving the init code
from ctor into a virtual method init(). Reason is that we ended in
a loop with accessing the singleton pointer before it was set.

Since the introduction of VirtualDesktopManager we do have a signal
emitted when the desktop layout changes which we can use as NOTIFY for
the desktopGrid properties.

The ownership for virtual desktops is moved from Workspace into a new
VirtualDesktopManager. The manager is responsible for providing the count
of virtual desktops and keeping track of the currently used virtual
desktop.
All methods related to moving between desktops are also moved from
Workspace to the new manager, though all methods related to Clients on
Virtual Desktops remain in Workspace for the time being. This is to have
the new manager as independent from KWin core as possible.
An rather important change for the handling of virtual desktops is that
the count and the id of a desktop is now an unsinged integer instead of
an integer. The reason for that is that we cannot have a negative count
of desktops as well as it is not possible to be on a desktop with a
negative identifier.
In that regard it is important to remember that a Client can be on a
desktop with a negative identifier. The special value for a Client being
on all desktops is handled by using -1 as a desktop. For the time being
this is not adjusted but instead of comparing the virtual desktop ids one
should prefer to use the convenient methods like isOnDesktop and
isOnAllDesktops. This would allow in future to internally change the
representation for on all desktops.

ScreenEdge is changed to emit a signal whenever a screen edge
got activated without an action or effect taking care of it.
A Script can reserve one to many callbacks for an edge and the
callback get's triggered whenever the signal is emitted. On
deconstruction of the Script the edge is unreserved again.

If workspace is exported as a context property there seem to be
issues with the signals which are not bound to a property of
WorkspaceWrapper.
This problems seems to be fixable by exporting the workspace
property as a global property on the script engine.
As a side-effect this also resolves the issue with the clientList,
so we can drop the hack again.

Sometimes Qt is surprising. Apparently QML has problems with a
QList<KWin::Client*> and wants to have a QList<QObject*> which
cannot be used in QtScript.
There ends my dream of having one API for both JavaScript and QML.
So with QtScript it is:

workspace.getClientList()
Client has a property for demands attention and Workspace
is emitting a signal whenever the demands attention state
of any Client changes.
