46d0116dd5 Added hidden configuration option to enable/disable closing windows by clicking on menu button. 
Option is called "CloseFromMenuButton"
It is false by default.
To turn it on, add
  CloseFromMenuButton=true
in [Windeco] section of $HOME/.kde4/share/config/oxygenrc.
Note that it results in poor usability of the menu button, if enabled.

This will avoid code duplication between style and decoration.

e43eff9792 Added "Follow Style Hint" setting to the "fine tuning->background style" option 
When selected, the decoration looks for a WM Hint set by the style, to decide whether or not it 
should draw a gradient in the background.

881a43a191 Changed 'drawSeparator' boolean value into a combobox, for which 3 choices are available: 
- never draw separator
- draw separator when window is active
- always draw separator.

This is usefull for e.g. firefox, when a flat background is used, in which case one might 
want the separator to always be enabled.

99a0cddd77 Reduce cache size and truncate opacity settings for shadow focus transition, based on the 
animation durations. For default duration (200msec), this reduces the size of the cache by about a 
factor 10, and still corresponds to a 120Hz frame rate.

f98c1f875c added dedicated option to enable/disable window title change animation, and disabled it by default. 
It can be reenabled by adding "AnimateTitleChange=true" in oxygenrc under [Windeco].

f08d982b15 - made distance between window border and first button smaller by 2 pixels 
- set default spacing between buttons to 3 pixels
- added 'hidden' option to disable the above
- removed extra spacing before close button in default button layout, since the 3 
pixels above should be enough
