a1191bea18 wayland: Fix missing relative motion events
Use isNull on QSizeF to check for a zero delta instead of comparing it
with a default-constructed QSizeF, which in practice initializes to
(-1.0,-1.0). This caused relative motion events to be omitted if the
delta happened to be equal to (-1.0,-1.0), causing mouse jumping in some
applications.

c147340878 wayland: Add support for high resolution scrolling
In libinput 1.19, three new pointer axis events were added in order to
provide support for high-resolution scrolling.

LIBINPUT_EVENT_POINTER_AXIS is de-facto deprecated and new users of
libinput should use instead SCROLL_WHEEL, SCROLL_FINGER, and
SCROLL_CONTINUOUS.

Discrete deltas were replaced with v120 delta values. 120 corresponds to
a single discrete delta. Smaller values correspond to "partial" wheel
ticks.

68c675d00d Make source code more relocatable
Occasionally, I see complaints about the file organization of kwin,
which is fair enough.

This change makes the source code more relocatable by removing relative
paths from includes.

CMAKE_CURRENT_SOURCE_DIR was added to the interface include directories
of kwin library. This means that as long as you link against kwin target,
the real location of the source code of the library doesn't matter.

With autotests, things are not as convenient as with kwin target. Some
tests use cpp files from kwin core. If we move all source code in a src/
directory, they will need to be adjusted, but mostly only in build
scripts.

1fb9f6f13a Switch to SPDX license markers
The main advantage of SPDX license identifiers over the traditional
license headers is that it's more difficult to overlook inappropriate
licenses for kwin, for example GPL 3. We also don't have to copy a
lot of boilerplate text.

In order to create this change, I ran licensedigger -r -c from the
toplevel source directory.

7f593a67ad Send axis_source, axis_discrete, and axis_stop
Summary:
So far KWin didn't send axis_source, axis_discrete, and axis_stop. Even
though most of those events are optional, clients need them to work as
expected. For example, one needs axis_source and axis_stop to implement
kinetic scrolling; Xwayland needs axis_discrete to prevent multiple
scroll events when the compositor sends axis deltas greater than 10, etc.

BUG: 404152
FIXED-IN: 5.17.0

Test Plan:
* Content of a webpage in Firefox is moved by one line per each mouse
  wheel "click";
* Scrolled gedit using 2 fingers on GNOME Shell, sway, and KDE Plasma;
in all three cases wayland debug looked the same (except diagonal scroll
  motions).

d2a9232ad3 Pass SwitchEvent from LibInput through KWin and add to DebugConsole
Summary:
This change introduces a new SwitchEvent and passes it through the
InputEventSpy and InputEventFilter. The DebugConsoleFilter implements it
so that the events can be monitored in the debug console.

Test Plan: Untested as my only device with such switches has too old libinput

cc2f4e3240 Support for relative pointer motion events
Summary:
If KWin interacts with Libinput the RelativePointerManager interface
gets created on the Wayland server. The ForwardInputEventFilter does
forward the relative motion events in addition to the normal motion
events.

In order to properly support the relative motion events as they are
expected by the Wayland protocol the handling of pointer motion events
got slightly adjusted:
* Libinput Pointer event extended by the additional data points
* Libinput Pointer event carries the delta as a QSizeF instead of
QPointF
* PointerInputRedirection adjusted to take a pointer motion event with
more arguments
* Custom QMouseEvent subclass adjusted to carry the additional members

The DebugConsole is adjusted to show the relative motion events in
addition to the global position.

Test Plan:
Verified the manager object is created and verified the
events in DebugConsole. Unfortunately not aware of any test application.

69cbb40903 Pass LibInput::Device* through the event handlers
Summary:
The signals emitted by LibInput::Connection carry the Device for which
the input event was received. This Device is passed to the input handlers.

Custom event classes are added which extend QMouseEvent, QKeyEvent and
QWheelEvent respectively and expose the Device. The Device is only passed
around as a forward declared pointer, so even if compiled without libinput
support, it should still compile.

Event handlers which need to get access to the Device can now just cast
the event pointer to the custom class and access it. This can be used in
future to handle device specific key codes, etc.

As we don't have a proper event classes for touch events the event
handlers do not yet have access to the Device. Here the internal API
needs to be adjusted in future.
