330d40f425 Fix no cast to/from ASCII intrduced issues 
* "" needs to be wrapped in QStringLiteral
* QString::fromUtf8 needed for const char* and QByteArray
* QByteArray::constData() needed to get to the const char*

8c4d695907 Remove thumbnail bar from CoverSwitch Effect 
The usage has always been questionable as the thumbnails are
too small to properly recognize something.

Now BoxSwitch Effect has reach its end of life which would have
required to keep most of the code just for this thumbnail bar.

If required it would be better to integrate the normal QML based
TabBox to be rendered together with an effect.

f3dad43a18 Use KIntSpinBox instead of QSpinBox for better integration with KDE. As a bonus this allows to use plural suffix in spinboxes since KDE 4.3 if necessary.

846496d2c1 Cleaned up the effects/ directory by moving each individual effect into 
its own directory, cleaned up the effect config macros and renamed
"MakeTransparent" to "Translucency" so that it matches its visible name.
