e4c333a372 Move clients/ to plugins/kdecorations/ 
Summary:
KWin's plugins are now all in a plugins subdirectory. This is a good
argument to also move the window decoration plugins there. The name
clients was not really good anyway and makes it difficult for people
not familiar with the code base to find it. Having it under plugins
is the more expectable location.

75df855adf Better support for maximized windows in Aurorae. The theme can include explicit elements for the maximzed area. 
Furthermore the SVG is only scaled to the region of the maximzed title rect and not to the complete size of the window.
Theme description updated with a complete section on maximized windows. Yeah I know I should move that to techbase.

6a188437b4 Set title edge values to 0 for maximized windows in Aurorae. 
It is still possible to overwrite this setting in the theme config.

b15fc9e1d9 Aurorae supports drawing a halo behind the window title. 
New options in General section of config file: HaloActive and HaloInactive. Default to off.

0d2f78b214 TitleEdge in Aurorae becomes configurable in maximized state. 
It defaults to the TitleEdge values, so themes have to set it explicitly if they want to have a better click area in maximzed state.

2d24bce243 Initial import of Aurorae Kwin decoration theme engine. 
This theme engine uses SVG files to theme the decoration like the themes for Plasma desktop shell.
