0a31feb321 [effects/logout] Animate ksmserver-logout-greeter 
Summary:
On Wayland session, the logout screen has "ksmserver-logout-greeter
ksmserver-logout-greet" window class, so let's animate it too.

Test Plan:
* Started Wayland session;
* Pressed Ctrl+Alt+Del;
* (the logout screen smoothly faded in);
* Clicked the Cancel button;
* (the logout screen smoothly faded out)

5336c9a1e2 [effects/logout] Animate the disappearing of the logout screen 
Summary:
Currently, the fade effect animates both the appearing and the
disappearing of the logout screen. We don't want that because
the logout effect should do that.

D14582 addresses that problem by adding "ksmserver ksmserver" window
class to the blacklist of the fade effect. With that change, only the
logout effect animates the appearing of the logout screen. But there is
a problem... If user clicks the cancel button, the logout screen
instantaneously disappears, instead of smoothly fading out.

This change addresses that problem by adding "out" animation.

f8ff40271e Removed the "fastblur" path 
Summary:
Since the new blur is more efficient "fastblur" or "simpleblur" is not needed anymore for fullscreen blur.
Even my old low-end laptop from 2009 (with Intel T3300) can easily do fullscreen blur now with the new method without any hitch at all.

af80a546bf [effects] Drop the logout effect 
Summary:
The new logout design doesn't want to have the vignetting. Thus the
logout effect itself doesn't make any sense any more. All that would
still be used is the logout blur which can also be provided by the
blur effect nowadays for fullscreen windows. As the new logout is a
fullscreen window it should use that one.

The logout effect did one more thing: it kept the vignetting and the
blur once the user selected logout. Now without the vignetting this
would be weird and again doesn't make much sense any more.

So overall I think it's better to just drop the logout effect and use
blur effect in normal way. Neat side advantage: it will also work on
Wayland out-of-the-box.

bd5f642097 [effects] Check for LimitedNPOT 
Effects which require mipmaps need to check for LimitedNPOT and
disable the functionality if only limited NPOT is available.

Ideally the effects could also check whether the texture they
operate on is a power of two, but that's a little overkill for
the rather uncommon setup.

613d76f2df [effects] Combine all shaders in resources 
One resource is used for shader version 1.10 and one for version 1.40.

The ideas behind this change is to remove the locating of the shader
sources and also to fix that user provided shaders could be loaded
instead of the original ones (possible attack vector on Wayland).

To simplify the ShaderManager provides a new method call to load the
shader from the resource. This means the effects don't need to
duplicate the check for the shader version any more and also don't
need to duplicate the file reading functionality.
