Many headers included KLocale to use i18n and co. But those methods are
defined in KLocalizedString and not in KLocale.
With KF5 klocale.h does no longer include KLocalizedString causing lots
of compile errors.

In short, keeping iterators to a changing QList is a Bad Idea(tm),
so I did the simple thing can used indices.

I couldn't resolve one kicker conflict that results from different
development directions, so I rely on Aaron to sort it out - the file

Slowly but surely, button indexes are going out. :) In case anyone has
