Aaron J. Seigo 86594e3fe8 make moving of maximized windows off by default. have had this patch for a ... while and talked about it with Seli on March 9th but never got around to committing it. after being asked about it _again_ i decided to do `cvs ci` this allows well designed window decorations to allow the user to jam the mouse into the corner of the screen and close the window. svn path=/trunk/kdebase/kwin/; revision=405269		2005-04-13 10:59:58 +00:00
