The .clang-format file is based on the one in ECM except the following
style options:

 - AlwaysBreakBeforeMultilineStrings
 - BinPackArguments
 - BinPackParameters
 - ColumnLimit
 - BreakBeforeBraces
 - KeepEmptyLinesAtTheStartOfBlocks
