Lucas Murray fd233d1482 SVN_SILENT Started writing code that would display a thumbnail of a ... window in the middle of the screen if it was offscreen when the highlight window effect was activated. After getting half way through it however I determined that it was a useless feature so instead of deleting the code that was already written I am just commenting it out.
