In short, keeping iterators to a changing QList is a Bad Idea(tm),
so I did the simple thing can used indices.

I couldn't resolve one kicker conflict that results from different
development directions, so I rely on Aaron to sort it out - the file

Grey out buttons which are not supported by the decoration, put
a "(unsupported)" after the button name.
