MinTitleHeight and MinTitleHeightTool config file keys...

5eef563549 Made the "Shade" tooltip dynamic. Now it says "Unshade" when the window is 
shaded. Maybe "Roll up" and "Roll down" are better? I'm not sure, since English
is not my mothertongue.

3330d7c0f6 Added support for the new shade button. I'd implement the foreground/background 
buttons too, but I can't figure yet what kind of graphics could be used to
represent the action.
Removed some old commented out code too.

8d0eda13db Add support for three additional titlebar buttons (#60369): 
Shade, Keep Above Others, Keep Below Others.

Slowly but surely, button indexes are going out. :) In case anyone has
objections with the following ones for the API, just tell. Now.
 F (Above others ~ foreground)
 B (Below others ~ background)
 L (Shade ~ less/lock??)

b71b06af44 Adding kcfg files for two very common apps. Please check entries. It's missing 
types for a lot of entries and it proly misses a few hidden entries, if you know
those please add those (you can use kcfgcreator if you want to do it quickly)

b50995f3cf Middle-click on the maximize button also put the window into background, 
because QButton::mousePressEvent() ignores mouse non-LBM clicks.
