adb54b7767 Enable SaveUnder for the geometry tip so that we don't get those nasty unpainted 
areas when moving/resizing the window in non-opaque modes.

For this to work properly have 'Option "backingstore"' set in the Screen
section of your XF86Config. (you can also do stuff like startx -- +bs if you
are too lazy to hack your X config)

I wonder how many distros will have 'Option "backingstore"' included by
default...

(I'll sync kwin_iii later during the 'big hack' :)

966365f741 This is a cleanup/fix of all ui files in kdebase. We have the ability to use the 
standard KDE spacing and margins.  From what I could tell was 99% of the people had
these nubmers already hardcoded and we should not see any difference.

I was able to test and it looks like everything is normal here.  If there are any
issues or if I horribly broke someone's layout please do not revert!  Just touch them
up with designer and let me know.  This was done to cleanup the UI to ensure layouts
are always consistent, and to allow me to use some layout hacks for small screens.
More on this later, but the bottom line here is standard stuff is cool.  Next stop is
to remove all those hardcoded pixmaps and use KIconLoader :)

aca34c574c move the button related checkboxes to the button tab. this alleviates the 
problem where users can't figure out how to activate the buttonis tab
(as evidenced by questions about this on IRC).

62dcc1120f I'm honestly not sure why that XAllowEvents() is needed for mouse events 
to work, when only keyboard is grabbed with GrabModeAsync for pointer,
but it fixed #59059, and it shouldn't break anything.

b1658f3efe Get rid of the focusEnsurance hack that was trying to work around 
a hack in Qt that was trying to work around something that Qt-2.2.4 changelog
claims to be Xlib bug and that's no longer in Qt anyway.
Fixes #24087.
