a8f549170f Icon name changes: 
kwin-effect-* -> preferences-system-windows-effect-*

That way, we get proper fallbacks and a more consistent
naming scheme.

ad73c931e5 It seems that any QPalette use in KWin has to explicitly specify 
the color group, since KWin is technically never the active application.

5bb6ed0b1a Use new shadow texture by pinotree. It uses gaussian blur instead of linear falloff 
and thus looks better.
Also change default shadow settings to look better with the new texture.

f55b1056a2 Make KDecorationFactory::supports() const, and also pure virtual to force 
changing this signature in reimplementations, as -Woverloaded-virtual is
not in default flags :(.

c9ebc4ecb2 Updates. I think compositing now should work everywhere where it can 
(with 'export __GL_YIELD=NOTHING' for nVidia users and
'export LIBGL_ALWAYS_INDIRECT=1' for others for better performance).

99e2ed7fa8 Set trans_popup to 0 when creating the popup menu and compositing is off. 
This prevents trans_popup from becoming dangling pointer and fixes crash when reopening
  popup menu after turning off compositing.

91f2d55635 Fix Ctrl+Del calling kill window - I need my Ctrl+Del in xemacs to delete a word forward :) 
This appears to have been introduced by r568780, which turned META+CTRL+Del into CTRL+Del to "only use 3-modifiers shortcuts in the code";
it now uses the kde3 shortcut instead, ctrl+alt+esc, which should be okay since the point of r568780 was really to avoid META I think.
