625f996d58 Do not use KDE_VERSION_STRING for workspace applications 
Workspace is no longer synced with kdelibs releases. Thus if compiled
against e.g. 4.12 we want our workspace apps to still be 4.11.

ff9b1366aa Removed background blend style option. 
Background gradient is now always decided based on window flag.

Added option in oxygenrc to disable window background:

[Common]
UseBackgroundGradient=true

Option is hidden (no UI element) because of string freeze
Also removed decoration blend style option.

3692549170 fix deco config updates 
- B2 linked to the wrong slot (instead of changed signal)
- border size change was not written (for B2, Laptop etc)
- Aurorae didn't recreate decos when required

0ec8646d78 Always use PositionCenter for maximized windows 
It was showing the resize cursor at the top title edge which is not
wanted in maximized mode.

b61bca0f3d add qml import paths in correct order 
addImportPath prepends the path to importPathList so we must add our
paths in reverse order.

Based on the fix for kdeclarative.cpp in kdelibs

c43c6f39cf fix aurorae theme loading 
I've no real idea what breaks the theme -> qml assignment but the patch
re/creates the theme object (just as the engine and component) with the theme

25fa3aac8c Disable animations in Plastik for native or non-compositing 
Adding a new property on whether we want animations based on whether we
are on raster or with Compositing. The property is constant as the deco
gets recreated on compositing change state anyway.

60c42b7a34 s/KLocale/KLocalizedString/g 
Many headers included KLocale to use i18n and co. But those methods are
defined in KLocalizedString and not in KLocale.

With KF5 klocale.h does no longer include KLocalizedString causing lots
of compile errors.

b99e1c0a6b Reduce usage of QCursor::pos() and ::setPos() 
Where possible it is changed to Cursor::pos(), where we cannot use the
Cursor class (e.g. Aurorae) we can at least try to limit the usage to
prevent roundtrips to the X server.

Introducing a global animate flag which will be set to enabled once the
Component completed and all border values, etc. are set.
