585addb450 Add a widget to assign an effect to screen edges in the kwincompositing dialog. 
Remove the previous configuration for assigning screen edges from the config dialogs of the single effects.

ab6772a8c9 Enable compositing with nvidia by default only for driver 173.14.12 and up, 
this rules out GeForce4 and below, but there it's still possible to enable
it explicitly if the user finds it good enough.

a7d883cc5d Make Oxygen not advertise support for shadow types that it does not yet. 
Fallback to default shadows if the decoration doesn't support a certain type.

5f7174a27e Saying

if no shortcut is found makes no sense, reworked to avoid it

48c1eee79a Improved Oxygen window decoration 
- in composite it takes advantage of the new shadow api in kwin
 - in non-composite a thin colored frame is added to active window

For both the intention is that inactive windows have shadow and active window have 
a glow. Naturally this looks much more realistic  with composite

c07ba30b63 Fixed shadow effect losing its shadows after making changes to the settings. 
Added force mode to buildQuads() to allow refreshing the cache.
Made EffectWindow::buildQuads() no longer internal.
