Dropping the wrapper around Client and just exporting the Client's
properties. This breaks all existing scripts as it's now e.g.:
client.caption
instead of
client.caption()
But the first one is the more natural one for JavaScript and also
for everyone writing QML as well.
Setters and signals are mostly still missing in client. Other parts
like ClientGroup must be converted to properties, too.
Fixes a regression. When resize effect is available we can do a
fast resizing by only perform the resizing after the user ended
resizing the window.

BUG: 264981
This input-only window is used to capture events above the
client window and preventing them from reaching the client.
It is currently used to enlarge the borders by an invisible
amount, using the ExtendedBorderRegion provided by the
decoration.
The direct method calls from class Client were removed and replaced by
connecting to the appropriate signals emitted by class Client. The
affected methods in class Tiling are notifyTilingWindowMinimizeToggle() and
updateAllTiles() which are now private Q_SLOTS.
Including tiling.h in class Client is no longer needed and was removed.
This initial commit introduces a new class Tiling. It is provided by
the files tiling/tiling.h and tiling/tiling.cpp. It covers all the
Tiling functionality which was provided by Workspace. In this initial
commit, all the functions were just moved and adjusted.
A new member variable m_tiling is introduced to Workspace, which
makes the new class Tiling accessible from Workspace.
The Tiling pointer is created in the constructor and deleted in
the deconstructor. Also a getter method tiling() is provided.
All calls from other classes are updated to use the methods in class
Tiling now.
It is possible that adding this build option broke the Scripting
component. This is something that should not happen. Unfortunately
by just ifdefing everything scripting related with scripting enabled
we have build errors. These are caused by the fact that the scripting
code includes e.g. client.h through "./../client.h". At one offending
place I changed that to "client.h", but there is also a client.h in
the scripting directory.
The includes and naming of the scripting files clearly have to be fixed!
This commit merges the two signals clientClosed() and unmanagedClosed() to windowClosed() which
is now provided by Toplevel.
The approriate slots in effects.h and effects.cpp were merges as well, since they did the
same.
The direct method calls of the method windowClosed() in SceneOpenGL and SceneXRender were
removed and are now connected to the appropriate signal in windowAdded().
The method windowGeometryShapeChanged() from the class Scene is now a slot. It is now connected to the signal geometryShapeChanged() which is sent from Toplevel instances Client and Unmanaged.
All direct method calls were deleted.
Since the TabBox functionality is not feasible for any platform KWin is
used on (e.g. tablet PCs), a build option is added to decide, if the
TabBox functionality should be build or not.

Without Compositing we do not really need the PaintRedirector,
it only adds overhead. This reverts the behavior to how it was before
the PaintRedirector was introduced by just not redirecting the paint
in the event filter when compositing is not active. This should have
the lowest impact on the existing source base.
The change breaks at least oxygen window decoration when compositing
is not active as the decoration is no longer double buffered. But
as written this is exactly the behavior as used before 4.3. Given
the push today there should be enough time for all affected decos
to adjust to the change.
REVIEW: 101413
Drawbound was nowadays only used when compositing is disabled.
For the composited case, the drawbound was replaced by the resize
effect and in fact we should always just use the resize effect.
REVIEW: 101411
In case we use OpenGL compositing and KWin is started with the raster graphicssystem,
the decoration gets painted with the raster backend.
REVIEW: 101370
With raster a QPixmap is no longer a XPixmap which fails all code
which assumes that an QPixmap is an XPixmap. Depending on were in
the codebase we either convert such pixmaps to images (OpenGL) or
create a XPixmap and use QPixmap::fromX11Pixmap to get a "real"
pixmap.
It is possible that there are more code pathes were we would need
a XPixmap. Currently tested is basic functionality of no-compositing,
XRender compositing, OpenGl/GLX and OpenGL ES/EGL compositing.
For OpenGL compositing raster might result in performance improvements,
for XRender it is possible that there are regressions when using raster.
By default KWin uses whatever is the default of the system, so we just
no longer enforce native.
Of course it is a bad idea to use graphicssystem OpenGL. As that
is broken anyways in Qt, we do not check for it.
Many thanks to Philipp Knechtges for bringing up the issue, convincing
me that we need it and providing most of the patch.

Toolbars and Dock Widgets are clients which did not yet have
proper Shadow support. Especially the visibleRect and decorationRect
which is incorrectly used to refer to the complete window geometry
had to be updated.
In order to notice when the geometry changes a new signal is
added to toplevel and both Unmanaged and Client connect all their
signals which are emitted whenever the geometry changes in some way
to this new signal.
Shadow connects to the signal and updates the quads and region
whenever the size changes.

* dropping some unused methods
* remove KWin::TimeLine
