07ceb78f69 GUI: Revert r1044432 as it isn't an improvement at all. The description 
text is squashed up at the top of the KCM both making it harder to read
(Due to longer line length) and makes it look like it's not related to
the screen widget at all. The added vertical height also made the KCM
taller than the default system settings window size causing an
unnecessary scrollbar to be added.

78d1aed9f7 Add setting to hide inactive tabs from the taskbar but hide it in the UI 
for now as: 1) It causes taskbar items to reshuffle, and 2) Switching
the setting during a session currently requires applications to be
restarted as well for their skip taskbar status to be reset.

f892ffb0e7 Remove flicker when changing effect plugins by not fully reloading compositing plugins anymore. 
Replaces one hack with another hack (due to having to support multiple kwin instances),  but provides a much better user experience.
Big thanks to mgraesslin for comments,  review,  and fixes.

044acd9591 HINT: It's not the right way to call forgetGlobalShortcut just because you want 
to set a new global shortcut for a action. Have a look at the parameters
of setGlobalShortcut()

The method is now only called for newly created actions. No need to overwrite
existing shortcuts. Step 2 will follow with next commit.

f37efe22c9 Add a undo() method that does what its name suggest for the global shortcuts 
and call it where appropriate.

Leaving the dialog with cancel now leaves the user settings unchanged.
As expected.

f702221054 Rework of the multiple desktops kcm. 
Now it uses a ui file which makes it easier to maintain.
It brings together all options for multiple desktops. That is:
 * number of desktops
 * pager layout
 * activity per desktop
 * desktop names
 * desktop effect for switching animation
 * OSD on desktop switch
 * Shortcuts for desktop changing

The plasma options (pager and activity) are still missing and currently disabled.

63edbaff81 Show current compositing state (disabled/suspended/active) in Desktop Effects KCM and add a button to resume/suspend compositing. So it should be easier for the user to resume compositing if he does not know about the shortcut.

0ffcc70c18 Add support for hardcoded non-KWin-related active screen edge actions, 
first to be added is one to display the Plasma dashboard. Implemented
the "trigger cooldown" option. Fixed a few edge action conflicts such
as forcing desktop switches when moving windows and the like.

4fa09b63b4 Sphere and Cylinder become part of Cube effect. That is much more convenient than having an own effect for each (only loading the shader is actually required). 
Btw caps of cylinder and sphere are working correctly again.
