c7262e8bd3 Getter/setters for opacity, saturation and brightness in WindowPaintData 
The public member variables for opacity, saturation and brightness
are removed in favor for getter and setters. The variables are
moved into a private class. Those are now qreal instead of double.

To make usage inside the effects easier a multiply method is added
which multiplies the current value with passed in factor and returns
the new value in a functional programming style.

This commit is the top-most of a patch series to refactor
ScreenPaintData and WindowPaintData. Other related commits are:

f24103481e Ensure ScreenTransformation matrix is reset after rendering cube 
Cube effect modifies the ScreenTransformation matrix. While each
window resets the matrix on a global level it's not reset. That
means if the last rendered window had the screen rotated the
ScreenTransformation keeps the rotation even after the cube
ended. This causes a rotated window in e.g. TaskbarThumbnails.

d14cf2da92 Show detailed information why an effect cannot be loaded 
Effects can specify their minimum requirements in their
desktop file:
* OpenGL
* OpenGL 2 (GLSL required)
* Shaders (either ARB or OpenGL 2)

The configuration module uses this information in combination
with which backend KWin is currently using. So if e.g. OpenGL
is used and an effect requires OpenGL 2 a detailed error
message can be showed that OpenGL 2 is required.

d05d55b140 Delay creation of EffectFrames till needed 
Creating an EffectFrame requires I/O which takes on my system
during testing between 10 and 40 msec. Also it needs a little
bit of memory.

This changes moves out the creation of EffectFrames at Effect
load till the Effect actually needs the EffectFrame. E.g. if a
user does not filter in PresentWindows there is no need to ever
create it.

BoxSwitch effect is ignored as it should be dropped for 4.9.

8489ede9aa Move loading of Cube textures into thread 
Cube effect loads 0 to 2 textures which has been
performed during configuration. This change delays
loading the textures till cube is activated for the
first time and the loading from file is moved into
a thread.

This means that for a very short time the texture
is not yet visible, but this is not a problem as
the cube animates from fully opaque starting state.
So during the loading the texture would not be
visible anyway.

93b2674313 kwin: dropping several gl(Push|Pop)(Attrib|Matrix) calls 
This makes kwin in OpenGL2 mode more coherent with kwin_gles.
Despite some fullscreen effects they should now make the same
(pure) OpenGL calls.

38d760c960 Only push shader when Cube effect is active 
This caused situations in which the shader was pushed but never
popped from the stack as for the latter case there was a check
whether the effect is active.

fe4329a252 Only call active effects in the effect chain 
Each effect is able to declare itself as currently being active,
that is transforming windows or painting or screen or doing anything
during the current rendered frame.

This change eliminates the hottest path inside KWin identified by
callgrind.

a05ad98896 Remove textureWidth/textureHeight from all Shaders 
The uniforms textureWidth and textureHeight were only needed for
normal windows. For everything else it was just 1.0/1.0, that is
normalized.

The makeArrays method is changed to produce normalized texcoords
obsoleting the need for these uniforms. So two uniforms less, one
calculation in vertex shaders less and many many lines of code
removed.

At the same time makeArrays is also adjusted to take care of
yInverted of the texture, which is needed as we no longer can use
the enableUnnormalizedTexCoords which did the yInverted transformation.

32adc59e4b Use cap shader to render area between screens in cube 
This fixes most of the rendering issues with cube in multi
screen setups and GLSL backend. For cylinder and sphere the
rendering of areas between screen is currently disabled if
using the GLSL backend. It needs adjustments to use another
vertex shader. Not sure if it is worth the effort.

b52975a57e Merge branch 'libkwineffects' 
The branch contains the first step in reworking the kwineffects
library. This includes:
* replacing virtuals by signals and slots
* dropping some unused methods
* remove KWin::TimeLine

f213b7da70 Drop KWin::TimeLine from kwineffects 
The KWin::TimeLine class was only a small wrapper around QTimeLine
without adding anything to QTimeLine what is not present in QTimeLine.
The initial idea was to make it possible to provide more curve shapes.
This is now obsoleted by Qt shipping more useful curves with QTimeLine.

So let's clean up a little bit and use QTimeLine directly instead of
the small wrapper.

All effects are adjusted to use QTimeLine directly.

32c903b05b Rework signals for move/resize windows 
First a signal is emitted when the user starts a move/resize operation.
During the move/resize operation each geometry change emits an update signal.
Last but not least a finish signal is emitted.

This eliminates the specific method for geometry updates in drawbound resize
mode.

15757e953a TabBox uses signals to notify the effects 
EffectsHandlerImpl just forwards the signals from TabBox. In order
to have a valid pointer to the TabBox, the TabBox is now initialized
before compositing in Workspace.

a728823fbe Fix passing matrixes to the shaders 
QMatrix4x4 accepts data in row-major order, but returns them in
column-major order, which is not documented and because of that
I expected them to be in row-major order.
This commit fixes it and rewrites the shaders to apply the matrix
multiplications in the right order.

c3a076b6a5 EffectsHandler emits desktopChanged signal 
The first signal used between EffectsHandler and Effects.
The signal is actually emitted by the EffectsHandlerImpl and only
the interested effects connect to this signal.
EffectsHandlerImpl itself is also notified by a signal from Workspace,
allowing to remove one of the many if (effects) checks.

8c4db8f734 Say goodbye to Display Lists in cube. 
Rotation is now only handled by the QMatrix4x4 m_rotationMatrix,
so no more need for display lists. Resulting in a cleaner code without
differences between OpenGL 1.x and 2.x/GLES.

6b88cdf36a Cube uses new high-level push/pop/multiply for caps. 
For OpenGL 1.x cube caps are now rendered using the capMatrix
instead of using glTranslate/glRotate et al. One source base to
rule all GL versions.

990001c5d7 Drop GLVertexBuffer::useShader. 
The vertex buffer implementation uses the shader manager to decide
whether core painting should be used or not. Shader manager is only
used by shaders using vertex attributes instead of gl_Vertex etc.

75a1ee7aa8 CubeCaps back in GLES mode. 
This includes quite some refactoring. For the cube cap a VBO is used
instead of glLists and all the required transformations are moved into
paintCap() which makes paintScreen more clean.
Currently the mirroring of bottom texture is still missing and cylinder
and sphere caps are not yet ported to using VBO.
I wouldn't be surprised if it is broken for legacy GL atm.

e2eebb6503 Refactoring of EffectFrame: EffectFrame becomes an interface just like EffectsHandler and EffectWindow and a concrete EffectFrameImpl in core. 
Rendering of the EffectFrame is moved into the scene as Scene::EffectFrame with a concrete implementation in SceneXrender and SceneOpenGL.
A factory method for an EffectFrame is added to the EffectsHandler, which is used by the effects.
Next step: pass the EffectFrame through all effects, so that effects can transform, blur, invert whatever it.

633d80001f Add new role, so that fullscreen effects can enforce blurring of windows they know to be translucent and on a fixed position. 
Used in cube animation for all sticky windows and in desktop grid for the add/remove desktops window.

c3476f0345 Add a new option to cube animation to trigger rotating the cube while moving a window towards the screen edge. 
The cube starts to rotate before the desktop switches due to active desktop border change. This gives the impression that you drag the cube by moving the window. Of course option is only useful when switching desktop on screen edge is enabled and so this feature is disabled by default.

20a7f2079c Use OpenGL to modify the cube cap instead of manipulating the pixels of the source QImage. Don't know why I did it that way. 
The cap color is used as a background for tranclucent pixels and opacity is set to cube opacity. Changed to clamp to border and using cap color as border color.

37f48027f2 New cube reflection which moves reflection down to touch the cube in its lowest point. Thanks to Michal Srb for the patch. It' really great. 
There are two small todos: when mixing manual (mouse) rotation with cursor key rotation or zooming the reflection becomes wrong.

7fc3bbf39d Drop the multi screen mode where the cube is scaled on one screen. So there is only the span cube on all screens option. The mode is dropped for the following reasons: 
* it looks strange
 * it changes the projection matrix which makes the code ugly
 * it never worked with cylinder or sphere
 * it was broken in trunk anyway

1e91a66fd2 Added support for unstyled and frameless EffectFrames. Converted all 
effects that display text or boxes to use the class. Minor speed
increase in XRender mode for those effects and a massive increase in
OpenGL mode (Double framerate in present windows in my case).

e03748fba7 Added EffectFrame, a helper class that creates, manages and caches a 
Plasma frame object. There are two ways to use this class: The first is
in "static" mode which gives the frame a set geometry and will not
change, the second is an automatic mode that creates the smallest
possible frame around the specified contents. Contents can either be
normal text and/or a QPixmap, useful for displaying the caption and icon
of the currently highlighed window.
Known bugs:
 - Does not detect Plasma theme changes, known to be in the Plasma
   library.
 - Slight graphical glitches, known to be in Qt 4.5.0 RC1.
Untested:
 - What happens when there is no Plasma theme installed.

6a671fa2f2 Change the timeline curve shape depending on the number of rotations. If there is only one rotation it is an EaseInOut curve, if there are more than one rotations first is an EaseIn, last an EaseOut all other Linear curves.

05a97d39c8 Adding windows overlapping edges to cube slide animation. Overlapping windows from target desktop are faded in and windows from source desktop are faded out. This looks really good for slow animation speed but for normal speed it's kind of flashy. So perhaps I'll add an option to turn it off...
