8cefa7e493 Do a full repaint at end of sliding popups animation and when a window gets deleted to remove artefacts. 
As the effect is doing full repaints all the time due to PAINT_SCREEN_WITH_TRANSFORMED_WINDOWS this one extra repaint doesn't matter.

17ea2bf146 setTabBoxWindow causes the ItemInfo to be regenerated, so we have to break the loop after finding a window. 
Makes more sense anyway as we do not have to go through the hash to find the item we already found.

c3476f0345 Add a new option to cube animation to trigger rotating the cube while moving a window towards the screen edge. 
The cube starts to rotate before the desktop switches due to active desktop border change. This gives the impression that you drag the cube by moving the window. Of course option is only useful when switching desktop on screen edge is enabled and so this feature is disabled by default.

d651d18791 Correctly manage windows on all desktops when using present windows in desktop grid. 
That is remove the window from all desktops on drag begin and attach the window to the mouse cursor. On release add them back to all desktop.
That way it's possible to move pinned windows to other screens and it fixes a crash.

11d53b7b09 Add a safety check to desktop grid for the case that you click on an area where there is no desktop. 
That case needs some more improvement as it zooms to the black area and suddenly replaces the screen with the actual windows.

a60de51d6a Change the mouse cursor in desktop grid on start of dragging (after dnd delay) and not when pressing the mouse button. 
That should help to indicate the difference between click and drag.

612972eea0 Boxswitch uses paintWindow instead of drawWindow to paint the thumbnail and invert uses drawWindow instead of paintWindow to set the shader. 
That way the thumbnail is passed through the whole rendering pass and has the same invert state as the window.

e6a90e1a6f Unmanaged windows are always kept in place like panels during the cube switch animation. 
That's a small hack to get the desktop switch on screen display to not rotate and by that useable when cube is used.

8b5f974a7b Do not crash when a window get's closed while boxswitch is active. 
Tested with and without animation, if window is the selected or not and I am unable to reproduce any more.
If anyone still get's a crash please let me know.

465fd0fbca We have to keep track of the currentTabBoxWindowList in tabbox effects: 
when a client closes, windowClosed is called before it is removed from the list.
So we have to remove it from our list and make sure it isn't used any more.
And just to be sure we reference the window and unref after the effect closes.
The windowList is only changed in tabBoxAdded and tabBoxUpdated.

a26c5b1225 Configurable mouse actions in present windows for clicking a window and desktop. 
It's possible to activate a window, exit without activating, bring window to current desktop, send window on all desktops, mimize the window and close the window.
Clicking desktop allows to activate selected window, exit without activating, show the desktop (minimize all apps) and of course do nothing.

fcbd01779a Add support for activating present windows via XAtoms. 
Present windows can be activated for all windows of a desktop by setting the atom _KDE_PRESENT_WINDOWS_DESKTOP to the number of desktop or -1 for all desktops.
Another atom _KDE_PRESENT_WINDOWS_GROUP can be used to activate present windows on a group of windows (e.g. tasks applet).
When present windows is deactivated the property on the manager window will be deleted.

bac5a27869 Resize effect: paints a rubber band on top of the window while resizing illustrating the geometry to change. 
It requires some more adjustments so that the rubber band is also shown when window content is not shown during resize.

8184ac42dc Disable the highlight window effect by default as it isn't ready for 
primetime yet. The Plasma activation part is very clunky and apparently
sometimes all windows fade out when hovering over some tasks (Most
likely caused by an incorrect highlight XID).

20a7f2079c Use OpenGL to modify the cube cap instead of manipulating the pixels of the source QImage. Don't know why I did it that way. 
The cap color is used as a background for tranclucent pixels and opacity is set to cube opacity. Changed to clamp to border and using cap color as border color.

f7199eac7b When a shader is bound pass correct values for texture height, texture width and opacity for text frame and icon frame from present windows to the shader. 
This renders the texture correctly, although invert effect only inverts the text and not the background. *shrug*

37f48027f2 New cube reflection which moves reflection down to touch the cube in its lowest point. Thanks to Michal Srb for the patch. It' really great. 
There are two small todos: when mixing manual (mouse) rotation with cursor key rotation or zooming the reflection becomes wrong.

d7665af4f0 Texture width and height is stored in GLShader and the uniform value is set during prepareShaderRenderStates in scene_opengl. So the effects do not have to set the uniform manually. This is useful as other effects can still set this uniform if something different is rendered with a different texture width/height (e.g. shadows or thumbnails). When the window is finally rendered the original value set by the effect is definatelly used. 
First effect to use this new way to set texture width and height is invert effect.

7fc3bbf39d Drop the multi screen mode where the cube is scaled on one screen. So there is only the span cube on all screens option. The mode is dropped for the following reasons: 
* it looks strange
 * it changes the projection matrix which makes the code ugly

3c449d81cc New way to determine in which direction to animate the magic lamp. Based on the assumption that icon geometry is part of a panel. Using the panel to find the position is more safe as a the height of a vertical panel is greater than the width. This might not be true for the icon geometry. If the panel is autohidden we still have to use the icon geometry using the assumption that it will border one screen edge. For the unlikely case of bordering two screen edges the wrong animation might be used but it won't be distorted. 
There's still the possiblity of distortion if someone places the panel between two screens. But that's hardly possible to catch as it would require to animate parts of the window in one direction and the rest in another direction.

0c166b6ecb call the windowUserMovedResized hook for maximize/restore. That method has two boolean parameters which indicate whether this is the first move in a sequence, and the last. For maximize/restore we set both to true, and several effects need tweaking to handle this case. Also include an addition to the wobbly windows effect to include a slight 'throb' when maximized/restored. This makes it easier for your eye to track where your de-maxized window went to. e0faab0e96 Added debug asserts to present windows. This will hopefully cause KWin 
to crash instead of producing black screens making it easier to find the
cause. For the people who can reproduce existing crashes please resubmit
their backtraces with this change applied.

c016f07738 Use bigger quads for desktops in the rear, so that less vertices have to be processed by cylinder and sphere shader. That should improve the performance without influencing the visual appearance.

1e91a66fd2 Added support for unstyled and frameless EffectFrames. Converted all 
effects that display text or boxes to use the class. Minor speed
increase in XRender mode for those effects and a massive increase in
OpenGL mode (Double framerate in present windows in my case).

a6d8bb41bb Reactivating the use of a gl list for painting the cube. The cube is painted once without using the gl list. By that the problem of black windows on other desktops should be solved. If the black window problem appears again the patch will be reverted.

e03748fba7 Added EffectFrame, a helper class that creates, manages and caches a 
Plasma frame object. There are two ways to use this class: The first is
in "static" mode which gives the frame a set geometry and will not
change, the second is an automatic mode that creates the smallest
possible frame around the specified contents. Contents can either be
normal text and/or a QPixmap, useful for displaying the caption and icon
of the currently highlighed window.
Known bugs:
 - Does not detect Plasma theme changes, known to be in the Plasma
   library.
 - Slight graphical glitches, known to be in Qt 4.5.0 RC1.
Untested:
 - What happens when there is no Plasma theme installed.

6a671fa2f2 Change the timeline curve shape depending on the number of rotations. If there is only one rotation it is an EaseInOut curve, if there are more than one rotations first is an EaseIn, last an EaseOut all other Linear curves.

05a97d39c8 Adding windows overlapping edges to cube slide animation. Overlapping windows from target desktop are faded in and windows from source desktop are faded out. This looks really good for slow animation speed but for normal speed it's kind of flashy. So perhaps I'll add an option to turn it off...

5fe0ef985d Add new "sheet" effect based on fade. This effect animates appearing and disappearing of modal dialogs. Inspired by a Compiz Fusion effect (http://smspillaz.wordpress.com/2008/12/23/they-say-when-you-start-something/) and seems to be a Mac OS X animation as well.

d072b5d1b7 Added new effect: Snap Helper. This effect is useful for those 
perfectionist people that want to move a window to the exact center of
the screen but can never get close enough to it for the automatic
snapping to trigger. OpenGL-only for now, gave up on XRender, if anyone
can get it to work go for it.

4fa09b63b4 Sphere and Cylinder become part of Cube effect. That is much more convenient than having an own effect for each (only loading the shader is actually required). 
Btw caps of cylinder and sphere are working correctly again.
